We took a look at titl.co and reimagined the landing page from scratch. Here's what we'd change and why.

What We Noticed
The current site has a generic template feel. For a company that just closed a $2.5M seed round, the design doesn't match the scale of what you're building.
The hero section buries the value proposition. Visitors have to scroll before they understand what Titl actually does, which kills conversion on the first fold.
Typography is safe and small. It doesn't command attention or create the kind of trust that enterprise buyers in proptech and fintech expect.
There's no visual storytelling around your AI and verification tech. The biggest differentiator is invisible on the page.

Our Approach
Blue accent (#3B82F6) chosen deliberately. In proptech and fintech, blue signals trust, reliability, and institutional quality. It's the right tone for a product handling title verification.
Massive editorial typography that fills the viewport. The headline should feel as ambitious as the company. Big type creates confidence before anyone reads a word.
Data-driven visual language throughout: verification stats, accuracy metrics, and real numbers. This turns abstract claims into concrete proof points that close deals.
Dark aesthetic with geometric shapes for a modern, technical feel. It positions Titl as a technology company first, not just another real estate tool.
