for SpendRule

We studied spendrule.com and reimagined the landing page from the ground up. SpendRule just closed a $2M seed round and was covered by TechCrunch. They have 4 health systems deployed. The current site does not reflect any of that momentum. Here is what we would change and why.

What We Noticed

The site is an empty Framer template with placeholder content. There is no custom design, no brand identity, and no visual differentiation from the thousands of other startups using the same template.
Zero clear calls-to-action for hospital CFOs. No demo request flow, no ROI calculator, no "see how much you are overpaying" hook. A buyer visiting the site has no obvious next step.
Despite having 4 deployed health systems (OSF HealthCare, Kettering Health, MemorialCare, MUSC Health), there are no trust signals on the page. No logos, no case studies, no proof that real hospitals use this product.
The $32 billion problem statement is completely absent. SpendRule solves a massive, quantifiable pain point and the site never mentions the scale of the opportunity or the cost of inaction for hospitals.

Our Approach

Dark theme with deep navy backgrounds, chosen deliberately to evoke the Bloomberg Terminal aesthetic. SpendRule sells to hospital CFOs and finance teams. The design needs to feel like a financial intelligence tool, not a consumer app.
Dual accent system: emerald green (#10B981) for savings and value, warm gold (#D4A843) for intelligence and authority. Green reinforces the "money saved" narrative. Gold signals the AI layer that makes it possible.
Data visualization throughout the page. Invoice mocks, contract diffs, compliance checklists, and savings dashboards replace generic feature descriptions. Hospital finance teams trust tools that show them numbers, not marketing copy.
The $32B problem leads the page at massive scale (150px+ headline). Founder credibility is front and center: Chris Heckler sold Valify to HCA Healthcare, Joseph Akintolayo built a Lightspeed-backed fintech. These are not first-time founders. The design makes sure you know that.
